We employ around 100 staff, while additionally drawing on the rich and diverse expertise of our Fellowship community, complemented by further specialist associates, our hospitality and events partners and the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre with Newcastle University. Most of our people operate from RSA House, just off The Strand in London. Others are engaged in progressing place-based work, both in our regions and globally beyond the UK.
As a mission-driven social change charity, we are seeking optimistic, dynamic, flexible and collaborative people who have a track record of achieving demonstrable impact. We work at a fast-pace and seek resilient people who can keep up with a strong work ethic, have a commercial mindset and are not afraid to take risks.
At the RSA, we offer dynamic work experience opportunities for students across a variety of teams, providing a well-rounded and immersive experience. Our programme is designed to give you valuable insight into the diverse work we do, allowing you to develop key skills, gain hands-on experience, and explore different career paths.
Whether you're interested in research, operations, design, or administration, you'll have the opportunity to engage with real projects and collaborate with RSA colleagues, helping you build a strong foundation for your future career.
Our work experience applications have closed for this season. Please check back in the Autumn!
If you're interested in applying for a place, please complete this application form to let us know a bit about your skills and what you hope to gain from the experience.
Applications are currently closed for work experience.
“I loved my time at the RSA, it was very interesting and I never had a boring moment. My favourite session was doing the presentation for Spark with Jack and Zoe. The tour around the building was very interesting and the Q&A with colleagues was helpful.”
