The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Head of Fellowship Retention and Services to lead the RSA’s Fellowship retention strategy and service delivery. With responsibility for stewarding nearly £6 million in annual income, this role is central to our financial sustainability and mission. You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive innovation in service and systems, and ensure every Fellow feels connected, inspired, and empowered throughout their journey.

About You

We are seeking someone with:

• A proven track record of managing and growing multi-million-pound income streams, ideally in membership or donor-based setting.
• Deep expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), data analysis, and insight-led strategy.
• Strong operational leadership, with experience managing complex service functions and disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
