Who we are

We employ around 100 staff, while additionally drawing on the rich and diverse expertise of our Fellowship community, complemented by further specialist associates, our hospitality and events partners and the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre with Newcastle University. Most of our people operate from RSA House, just off The Strand in London. Others are engaged in progressing place-based work, both in our regions and globally beyond the UK.

As a mission-driven social change charity, we are seeking optimistic, dynamic, flexible and collaborative people who have a track record of achieving demonstrable impact. We work at a fast-pace and seek resilient people who can keep up with a strong work ethic, have a commercial mindset and are not afraid to take risks.

"My job as Head of Events is a truly rewarding one. It’s a privilege to get to meet and learn from brilliant, caring, committed people from all walks of life – and to play my part in helping their ideas and stories travel right around the world. Each event is an opportunity to plant a seed of positive change, and it’s a joy to see audiences have their imaginations ignited!"
