Are you an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator looking for your next challenge?
The RSA (Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) has been driving social impact for over 270 years. Through our missions, we unite people and ideas to turn world-changing concepts into world changing actions.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and guide its next stage of development. This is a pivotal role in ensuring Salesforce supports our Fellowship function, engagement, and wider organisational priorities.
As an in-house Salesforce specialist, you will manage the smooth day to day running of the system while shaping its long-term roadmap. You will work closely with colleagues across teams, advising senior leaders, supporting end users, and translating business needs into practical solutions. The role carries responsibility for ensuring data quality, compliance, and security, as well as driving innovation through new features, integrations, and automation.
We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of Salesforce administration and a proven ability to lead system improvements from design to delivery. You will need the confidence to act as a trusted advisor at senior level, the communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences, and the practical experience to train and support colleagues of varying skill levels.
This is a chance to make a visible impact by helping the RSA use Salesforce to its full potential, building resilience, and ensuring the platform develops in step with the organisation’s ambitions.
